Cancellations happen and unfortunately, they are typically last-minute.

I will post on my Instagram story immediately after a cancellation about an available spot for the following day(s).

Cancellation Policy

My cancellation policy is as follows:

✘ Deposits are non-refundable.

✘ If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook the appointment.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and prevent you from keeping your appointment. If this happens, please contact me as soon as possible to let me know.

I will do our best to accommodate you and reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time.

However, if you fail to provide us with at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to pay a new deposit to rebook the appointment.
